Where every drink is a performance, every sip a story, and every evening becomes something you will never forget.

Delhi’s First Cocktail Theatre

Potions is not a bar. It is not a lounge. It is a living, breathing stage where mixology becomes performance art, and every guest becomes part of the show.

Conceived by Sahil Baweja and Sunny Leone under Singing Bowls Hospitality, Potions opened its doors in late 2025 as Delhi’s most daring cocktail destination — a place where emotions are the ingredients, bartenders are the artists, and the night itself is the act.

Perched atop Ambawatta One in Mehrauli, with the Qutub Minar glowing on the horizon, this intimate 50-seat theatre invites you to trade ordinary evenings for something altogether extraordinary.

A Stage Unlike Any Other

Architecture of Drama

A pristine white fort-style facade opens dramatically into a deep black volcanic stone cave interior. The monochrome design flows seamlessly onto the terrace, softened with lush greenery and candlelight — every corner a photo, every moment a memory.

The Qutub View

Step onto the terrace and find the Qutub Minar glowing gold on the Mehrauli skyline. Sunsets here are not sunsets — they are an opening act. Few venues in Delhi offer this kind of ancient grandeur as backdrop for a modern evening out.

Live Performances

Bartenders perform as artists at their stations. Expect live Rumali Roti performances at the table, theatrical cocktail rituals, smoke and spectacle built into the service itself. Dining here is watching a show and being in one simultaneously.
